Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Accuracy
We strive to ensure every order is prepared correctly. Please check your order before leaving the restaurant. If an item is missing or prepared incorrectly, please inform us immediately so we can correct it.
2. Cancellations
Because we prepare your food fresh to order, we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds once the kitchen has begun preparing your order. For future scheduled orders, please call us heavily at (678) 796-9464 at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time to cancel.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued at the discretion of management. We do not provide refunds for orders that are not picked up. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
